To receive the $17.76 Veteran Appreciation rebate:

1. Place your order for the Patriotic Jug on our website at the regular price.

2. Submit this form using the same name and email used at checkout.

3. Upload ONE approved proof-of-service document (see list below).

4. After verification, we will issue a $17.76 partial refund back to the original payment method.

Important Requirements

• The name on your proof of service must match the order name used at checkout.

• Limit one rebate per household. Duplicate submissions will be declined.

• Please allow up to 2 business days for verification and refund processing.

Accepted documents (upload ONE):
DD-214, VA Benefits Letter, VHIC, Military Retiree ID (front), Active Duty ID (front)

Please black out: SSN, DoD ID number, date of birth, home address.

Privacy: We use your document only to verify eligibility and delete it after verification.
